Because of Toast

I'm besotted.

Joe Sorren's new painting 'Because of Toast':



The anticipation in his sweet little face (and hands/toes) is so adorable. I've never seen anything so excited about toast! And nobody can recreate light like Sorren. This piece isn't the best example, but don't you think the subtle light on this little guy's back is a perfect recreation of soft morning sunlight shining in through a window?

Bill loves this one too, so as soon as a print is available, I think I've found the perfect companion for Sorren's 'Mother as Bull with Parasol' print which already sits above the dining table.
