Honey angel caterpillar bear

You'd be forgiven for thinking I've finally lost my marbles (or found the vodka) with a title like that.

But it's actually just the subject matter of the four (update...five!) ACEOs I finished today. They've been waiting for the final touches for quite some time, so I'm glad to say they're finally out of my studio and in my Etsy shop. Small victories, right?

Honeycomb

Angelina

Windowsill

Mr Bear Listens

And lucky last, Bear Ancestry

Also I just found out about an hour ago that I'm going to be doing some work for a group show - Small Works 2008 at the Brunswick Street Gallery. The only requirement is that the work can be no bigger than 30cm x 30cm x 30cm. Should be fun!

But the deadline is looming.

Fortunately it doesn't look like my day job will be as nightmarishly busy as it has been recently, so I may actually get it all done on time.

Now where did I leave that vodka....

I love your work, I have been looking at your blog for a couple of weeks now and I had to leave a comment, as you are one of my friends on myspace {fancy this design studio} My favourite is between angelina & honeycomb.

Love these, your bear character is a nice sideline. Good luck with the show! Also just letting you know I did a little post about your work at my blog. x
